To Begin Anew.

I have decided a fresh start is the key to finding a content soul. I have left all my other journals (there is a link to my Livejournal if you want to see some history about me.) I am truly in love right now. In love with life and the way things are heading. Everyone has a frustration or two placed in their path and it’s to be expected that you will on occasion feel like nothing is ever going your way. I have finally come to realize that being down on occasion isn’t the end of the world. Below is a bit about me, I’ll be adding a lot more later and hopefully *fingers crossed* more tonight.

I’m a girl from the Mid-West with dreams of being a writer. It is something I have always dreamed of being able to be successful at. seeing my words which are connected to a piece of my soul laid bare. It’s truly invigorating in my humble personal opinion.

I am an avid reader by far my favorite writer of all time without question is Jean M Auel and her Earth’s Children series. I also love the writings by Dean Koontz, John Grisham, Older writings from Stephen King, I love the Pendergast series. Basically anything that is a mystery, sci-fi, adventure, or law book I’ll read. I also love fantasy anything from Harry Potter (I hated the Movies) to Lord of the Rings.

I also love to watch television and I’m an avid anime fan I collect different series such as Inuyasha, Read or Die, and Lain. I watch a lot of Law and Order, CSI, Hell’s Kitchen, Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmare’s, Bones, and Reaper as well as a few other shows.

I also watch a lot of Movies my favorite by far is Howl’s Moving Castle I love anything by Miyazaki. I also like pretty much any type of move except horror there isn’t enough story there for my tastes and I always Cry whenever there is a horse in a move. No idea why I just do. Spirit of the Cimmeron is a a beautiful example of me crying for over the entire length of the movie.

I am currently in a relationship with a wonderful guy. we have been together almost a year now and It’s more fun every day. I have two “kids” Jak Jak and Terra they are my dogs. Jak Jak is a Jack0Russel Corgi mix and Terra is a Brendal Pitt mix and they are the most loving sensitive dogs I have ever had, and I have had quite a few pets. They are spoiled rotten like any dogs belonging to a 24 year old woman with no children and get almost everything they want.

I work in a new wireless company called Crossroads Wireless and I love my job it is the only other thing I have ever wanted other than to be a writer. I am a PRL technician and I write the files for phones to tell them what networks they can and cannot access and in what order to look for them. I also control all the interior settings to make all the devices work on the network.  I also help people out in other departments I’ve been in wireless for almost 15 years. The thing I love about all types of communication is most people don’t realize how much of our civilization is completely defendant on it and without the internet, or cell phones, or home phones and cable or satellite tv people would have to take a step back alot further than they truly realize.

I also am an avid gamer I played World of Warcraft since open beta I recently gave it up early this year to move to Eve-Online. I also play a lot of PS2, I love Disguia, and Wii console stuff. I also Have a DS and play Pokemon pearl because my ex turned me on to it. Because I am a completionist I’m having issues because my pokedex still isn’t done!

I am learning to cook. I have been taking “Bento” lunches with me to work everyday and they are helping me stay on a diet and portion control my meals. It’s also really fun to try to make an adorably cute lunch for no other reason than to have all your co-workers look at it. My s.o. is an amazing cook and is teaching me many of the tricks of the trade so I can learn to be better at something I am truly growing to love.

That’s a lot of stuff about me I hope you enjoy my writings I love feedback both positive and negative it helps you grow as a writer in my opinion.
